  I was at your Roslyn NY store assisting a friend picking out a mattress because I had bought mine at this location a few years back and all went well. She wanted to go to Macy*s or PC Richards but I convinced her she would like your service best. I saw there was a sale on the mechanical box springs for my mattress and was told they were floor models and would be discounted but they were just as good as new. When the order was written up the ones that were being pulled for my order were brand new and we both agreed that was great. They set up a delivery for that Sunday and when the delivery men arrived they found the two pieces were different and they could not make the delivery and my entire day was wasted. When I asked how this could happen they said they brought it to the warehouses attention but were told we have to make the delivery and let them refuse it. This is insane and I cannot believe you allow this to go on. I asked if they had any experience with this model and they stated it is the old one and being there was this error I should get the new model because it does not have any issues like the old model that I was assured was not problematic when I was at the store. I called the salesman and he said well you bought a clearance item what did you expect????? Wrong thing to say to me. I was then told that I would have delivery the following week and that occurred but knowing that Mattress firm now owns this company I would like to know what Mattress Firm is going to do for me and how am I to feel comfortable referring others to purchase from Mattress Firm? Thank you

  We visited Mattress Firm in Roslyn today for some pre-Black Friday research. Ronnie was so friendly and helpful and gave us an amazing deal on a super comfy mattress. We are so thankful for the help and graciousness! Looking forward to our new mattress!
